ANALYZER
The only monitor with predictive CO2 (no-cables) and laser-based inventory all-in-one device.
Grain risk gamified with alert thresholds and texts
The Greatest Alert. 95% of grain bins ONLY need to 24/7 track CO2 to satisfy risk alert needs
Simple Scenarios. Three text alert thresholds taken straight out of the grain science research
Keep it Flat. If CO2 spikes, run fans or core a load until it returns flat. It’s as simple as that
Keep tabs on grain
bin inventory levels
24/7 Live Inventory. Detects drops and new grain added at your grain bin
Auto Tickets. Generates bushel estimate change ticket for each level event sensed
Reconcile Loads. Edit each ticket with exact bushel amount and grain moisture + quality
What I found after having it three years, If we do have an issue, we we're finding it so much quicker.
Where with the cable systems, I feel like you're finding the problem after it's a little bit too late.
But with ACE AIR, you start seeing some issues on the app... if there's any issues, you address ‘em. It fixes it. And you know your grain is still in perfect condition.
We had a CO2 spike and we went to the bin. To us, we couldn't detect that it was going bad.
But, we ended up delivering the grain, because that CO2 spike told me that I was mere days away from a real problem.
That peace of mind that the CO2 sensor provides, allows me to carry grain into July and August. That peace of mind is worth a lot.
With bigger bins there are bigger worries. Money's sitting in there. It's harder to check.
I had gone to cable route before and I didn't like it too much. Had a lot of cable problems.
The simplicity of ACE AIR not having cables and the CO2 sensing made sense to me.
You look at the CO2. Everything's nice and steady. Straight line. I like doing that. It's just peace of mind, you know?
Keep your nose on it.
Automate it all.

For me it was the alert of the CO2 for sure. You know, we work pretty hard on corn running fans, but you still get something that slips by and it's a mess.
The ACE AIR system takes 5 minutes to explain how it works and what we need to do. The cable system... after a half hour, I was still not interested.
I just needed something to tell me if I have a bad spot in the bin that I need to address.
I would say that the feature that we use the most is the CO2 alert.
It used to be we were climbing bins every couple weeks, just checking grain, walking around. ACE AIR keeps us out of the bin. It's less climbing.
We've caught a couple of different instances where it has caught some problems very, very early on that we would've never caught with a cable system.
When I decided that this is what I wanted to do, I looked at several different monitoring systems.
ACE AIR was, in my opinion, the easiest to work with and the most cost effective for what I was trying to accomplish.
To install, the top piece takes maybe five minutes. And that was probably including crawling up there and come, coming back down. It just didn't take very long at all. Super simple.
How to vet a grain bin monitor?
Avoid “grey box” products and look for lights.
It made sense to me that you could sense the CO2, being produced out of spoiling grain, which is effectively biomass.
You lose biomass, you lose weight, you lose your crop.
Monitoring the CO2, has been a great value for me. ACE AIR has kept me from having to come over once a week and climb our bins in the middle of the winter when there's ice and risks of climbing. It's been very, very handy.
What I use the most is the CO2 alerts.
That’s my main thing right off the bat is knowing if the grain's gonna go off spec, if something's moving.
And it's really great to see if it's moving up and down.
You gotta be able to know what's in your bins. You need a heads up.
We use the CO2 alerts a lot. What we found is that the CO2 alerts let us know a little bit faster what was actually happening inside that bin.
And when that CO2 started up, we knew there was a temperature issue or a moisture issue, something going on inside of that bin.
Farmers should buy ACE AIR, if they have any doubt about what's going on inside of their grain bins.
